About the Pattern
The Holey Hood is a light scarf crocheted as a lattice to function both as a scarf with the lattice relaxed/flat and as a hooded scarf with the lattice stretched out/opened around the head. The scarf has a retro vibe with the lattice pattern and the narrow drape. If you wish for the hood to stays very securely in place, you can either fasten it with a pin or make it wider by adding more rows. The pattern is beginner friendly and include video instructions.

Gauge

To achieve the correct gauge, you will need your chain stitches to be approximately 12 ch = 10 cm (straight, but relaxed and non-blocked chain) in Snefnug by Camarose. Description of the actual gauge in the pattern motif is in the pattern instructions and includes how to make a suitable swatch. Recommended hook is 7 mm for Snefnug by Camarose, but always check your gauge.
